August 8, 2017, EWR has released an update to the Remote Bale Entry Utility that will allow the control report to be printed on a Point-Of-Sale style receipt printer. These printers have USB interfaces, print with thermal transfer instead of ink, and use continuous rolls of paper.
The Epson TM-T88V POS Receipt Thermal Printer with USB interface (Epson model # C31CA85084) seems to be a popular and highly-rated choice, with a 4-year warranty. They are available for under $300. We have tested the program with this particular printer, and have certified that it works correctly. They can be purchased from a variety of places, but Amazon has a good price ($261) with Prime shipping. The ASIN is B003JVT1AW (search for B003JVT1AW on Amazon).
The printer does not come with a USB cable. Amazon has a highly-rated 6-foot cable for $5 (B00NH11KIK) that will work. It has to be a USB A male to USB B male cable, because the printer's USB port is square ("device USB").
You will also have to purchase rolls of thermal paper. Each roll should be 80mm (3 1/8") wide. Commonly these rolls are 230 feet long, and come in cases of 50 rolls. Here are a few ASINs from Amazon that are highly-rated and priced well (most are made in the USA): B00PKHLY26 (Amazon's #1 best seller), B0013CFRWK, B018SPFE72, B001TQHHIW.
